The textile is laid on the sublimation paper before it runs trough our Monti Antonio sublimation machine at a high temperature
The print is now pressed on the textile at a high temperature.
All sports apparel is sewn together in our Belgian facilities.
A final check on all apparel to ensure that all stitches are perfect and any leftovers are cut away.
Your apparel is packed neatly and is ready to ship.

A bit more about production
As a Belgian company, we are proud of every single piece that leaves our facility. Before shipping, it is checked by our production manager, as well as the person who is in charge for logistics.
All works are done in our facilities in Belgium. From design, the sublimation, the stitching till the finishing. You are very welcome to visit our facilities. But please, make an appointment first.
We produce from 1 single piece, in your own personal, company or club-design. We use the latest enhanced technologies to make sure we can offer a long lasting and high quality product.
We usually ship within 4 weeks from the moment we have received your design approval, a minimum of 50% prepayment and a clear orderform.
During winter times (November-March), we ship within 6 weeks.
Shipments within Europe take approximately 3-4 working days. Outside of Europe, it is better to verify with us. |
