In the past 2 years, Orana Dynamics has grown very fast from a startup, producing apparel on a small scale, to one of the leaders in the European, Russian and United Arab Emirates-markets, in the sports fashion industry. With a new branch in Riga, Latvia from where we serve our Russian and Arabian customers, the demand for motivated people in various departments of our business, has grown.

For our offices in Riga, Latvia, we are urgently looking for:

1/ A sales assistant
In your role, you will assist the sales people in their daily job. You will maintain an excellent relationship with our suppliers, all over Europe. Stay in regular contact to be up-to-date with the latest products. You will negotiate pricing with suppliers, put together price offers to our clients and follow up the sales process, together with the respective sales-manager. You will also follow up on production with the product managers, which are based in Belgium, in order to give a good production forecast to the sales managers.

Necessary skills:
- You speak fluent English, Russian and/or Latvian. Knowledge of other Western European languages are a plus
- You are very motivated, a self-starter and you like challenges in different fields
- You have a feeling for sales & marketing
- You will do a lot of outbound calls to potential clients, and pass on warm projects onto the sales in the field
- You want to grow into a sales role, once you have developped sufficient product knowlegde and are familiar with the company's business processes.
- You work fluenty with Microsoft Office, internet and email
- You know how to look after international clients
- Being organised, professional

2/ an Assistant to the general manager
In your role, you will report directly to the management of the company.
You will look at the current business model and apply your skills and knowledge to implement changes in close collaboration with the managers. You will provide the management with sales-forecast, follow up on sales pipeline and highlight any issues. You will work closely with the inside-sales people who will provide you with all the numbers.
You will maintain the manager's daily agenda, make appointments, arrange bookings etc. You will be the right-hand of the managers on who they can rely at all times.
Necessary skills:
- You should be very organised
- You have a feeling for sales
- You are familiar with general business practices
- You are a young graduate that wants to grow into the management of the company after a succesful track-record within the company
- You discuss marketing activities and its results with the management and sales-managers
- You speak fluent English, Russian and/or Latvian. Knowledge of other Western European languages are a plus
- You work fluenty with Microsoft Office, internet and email
